Sliding Scale and Referrals 
Sliding scale-- Please let me know if the rates are unaccessible to you and we can discuss a sliding scale rate. 

Making Payments  
You can choose to pay by cash, check or via Paypal (incl. credit card) on a monthly basis.  Payments are due at the beginning of the month before (or at) your first session. If you pay by Paypal, you can use the "Make a Payment" link on this website. Rates are subject to change.  There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks. 

Late calls  
Approximately 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment, we will call you.  If we don't hear from you within 15 minutes after our scheduled visit (10 minutes for 25 minute sessions), we will assume that our session has been cancelled (see below).  

Cancellations 
We require 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments.  Sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice will be due in full.
